Solidscape™ 3-D Production Systems

Solidscape® 3D printers are primarily used to produce “like-wax” casting patterns for lost-wax casting/investment casting applications. The patterns produced using industry standard CAD (.STL) files, normally fit within a 6 inch (15.24 cm) cube and are extremely high resolution with vibrant details and outstanding surface finish. Solidscape 3D printers hold a commanding market share in jewelry design and manufacturing and are making impressive inroads into the laboratory segment of the open-systems digital dentistry marketplace.

Solidscape™ T76+

The Solidscape T76+® is targeted at the traditional jewelry manufacturing company or higher volume service bureaus. Its more robust design delivers a higher duty cycle than the R66 to accommodate the higher throughput requirements of the manufacturer versus the studio or custom retail jeweler. The T76 is also used throughout industry where small, high precision investment casting patterns are required.

Solidscape™ R66+

The Solidscape® R66+® is targeted at the custom retail jeweler who, in addition to purchasing and marketing jewelry and related goods and services, produces pieces or a line of custom jewelry. The R66 is also used extensively by studio jewelers (normally appointment only, no storefront, custom pieces only).

Solidscape™ T612 Benchtop

Solidscape’s T612® Benchtop provides the largest build envelope of Solidscape's product line, a 12 inch (30.48cm) long surface with a 6 inch (15.24cm) width and depth. This makes it ideal for applications requiring high precision patterns for lost wax casting longer than 6 inches. The T612 Benchtop is used in applications for the production of aerospace, medical/orthopedic, automotive, electronic, parts and components for recreational products and toys.
