MultiJet Printing systems utilize 100% wax formulations like VisiJet M2 ICast, VisiJet M2 CAST, and VisiJet M2 Wax Jewel Red and Ruby. These materials are paired with dissolvable support waxes such as VisiJet M2 IC SUW or VisiJet M2 SUW. The platform also runs engineering plastics, high-temperature build resins, and elastomeric photopolymers.

Patterns printed using genuine 100% wax materials burn out cleanly on standard foundry investment schedules without leaving ash or residue. Because they behave identically to traditional casting wax, foundries and jewelry casters do not need to modify their existing burnout ramps or investment processes, ensuring pristine surface finishes and repeatable metallurgy on precious-metal and industrial casts.

MultiJet Printing is featured across 3D Systems production platforms, including the ProJet MJP 2500IC for industrial casting, the ProJet MJP 2500W and ProJet MJP 300W Plus for fine jewelry casting, and the ProJet MJP 2500 Plus for rigid, elastomeric, and biocompatible plastic prototyping. These systems operate using 3D Sprint software for build job preparation.

MultiJet Printing deposits specialized dissolvable wax to support overhangs, internal channels, and delicate geometries. During post-processing, this support wax melts away hands-free in heated baths or the MJP EasyClean System.
