MJP 300W Plus 3D Printers

This printer uses 100% wax metal casting patterns from the VisiJet wax material line. The printed patterns melt out cleanly during standard burnout cycles, leaving zero ash residue for high-integrity metal casting.

The maximum build envelope of the ProJet MJP 300W Plus measures 294 x 211 x 144 mm (11.6 x 8.3 x 5.6 inches), accommodating pre-series batches, volume manufacturing, and customized large pieces.

The system utilizes dissolvable support material. This hands-free, streamlined post-processing method removes supports thoroughly without damaging delicate geometries or requiring scraping, preserving intricate design details.

The system operates using 3D Sprint software, which prepares CAD files, optimizes build layout, and manages print queues. The printer also includes 3D Connect cloud connectivity for proactive equipment monitoring and technical support.

The MJP 300W Plus is built to meet IEC 62443 and CMMC 2 cybersecurity standards, and is designed to conform to upcoming 2027 EU cybersecurity regulations for secure network manufacturing.
